Job Application Tracker ("the app") and its companion browser extension help you track job applications. This page explains what data we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address and password, used to create and log in to your account.
• Application data you enter or save.Goals, applications, and round/status history you add through the web app, plus job postings (title, company, description, location, salary, and URL) saved through the browser extension when you click "Scrape this page" on a supported job site (LinkedIn, Seek).
• Session tokens.The extension stores your login session locally in your browser so you don't have to log in every time you save a posting.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality: letting you save, organize, and track job applications. The extension only reads the page you're actively viewing, and only when you explicitly click the scrape button.

Storage and sharing

Your data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase) and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality.

Deleting your data

You can delete your applications and goals directly in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us using the email below.
